Led by the esteemed PP Stephen Broome, our second meeting of the year was held on July 12th, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. The venue was the 3Ws Oval, UWI Cave Hill Campus. This business meeting featured presentations by PHF Dr. Pat Downes-Grant (Special Projects Director) and ROTY Shem Scantlebury (Public Image Director), who shared their plans for the year.

The most illustrious Acting Sarg., PDG Sonya took charge with precision and authority. She skillfully distributed fines, ensuring the club's best practices were upheld. Dir. Shem, supported by inputs from Dir. Pat and a few other Rotarians, presented exciting project ideas for the year. He assured us that once the project list is finalised, he will demonstrate the clear linkages between these initiatives and the president's sustainable theme for the year. From Rotary District 7030 Advancing Women's Health by Increasing PCOS Awareness
The Rotary Clubs of Central Port of Spain, Felicity/Charlieville, and St Augustine in collaboration with The University of the West Indies, will be co-hosting an online webinar focused on advancing women's health through increased awareness of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) on Saturday 22nd July from 6:30pm.
District Governor Brian Glasgow will be delivering Remarks on behalf of District 7030.
Last week's trivia time attracted three valiant participants who all provided the correct answer. We raise our glasses to PP Prakash Mahtani, whose lightning-fast response made him the first to deliver the correct entry, making him the Trivia Champion of the week!
