📚 RCBS Back To School Project 2023 👨‍🏫

Exciting news! We've joined forces with Barbados Child Care Board to support kids in need as they head back to school. Thanks to fruitful discussions with Woolworth & Company Limited, our dynamic back-to-school team including PHF Hiranand Thani, Dir Carrie-Ann Morris-Searle, and PHF Pat Downes Grant has swung into action.

Guess what? We've got 60 special letters ready to go! President Marcel Murrell hand-delivered these to Director Rose Anne Richards on August 18, 2023. Each eligible child can claim a $200.00 value for school essentials at Woolworth & Company Ltd. All they need is their valid ID and the letter.

Kudos to the RCBS Back-to-School Committee! Let's continue to rally behind our young minds and wish them an incredibly successful future!

🎗️Bus Fare Give Back Project 🚌

Target to be raised $525.00 = Bus Fare for 150 Commuters

In a mere five weeks, the transformative RCBS Bus Fare Give Back Project will unfold. On the poignant day of September 15th, 2023, our modest yet profound gesture of compassion will come to life – a day dedicated to giving back through bus fare.

We humbly request contributions, a mere $35.00, from our esteemed club members. This nominal amount will extend the gift of transportation to ten deserving commuters, ushering them towards their aspirations. It's an embodiment of empathy, an opportunity to be the conduit of change.

In the early hours, starting from 6 A.M., our benevolent mission will manifest as volunteers gather at the bus terminal. With each bus fare gifted, we will pave the way for progress, one ride at a time.

Watch this space for forthcoming details, as together, we sculpt this act of charity into a testament of humanity's unity and unwavering benevolence.
